2024 CAF awards to hold in Marrakech, Morocco, on December 16

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that the 2024 CAF Awards will hold in Marrakech, Morocco, on December 16.

This means that Morocco will hold the annual event for three consecutive time.

Super Eagles and Atalanta player, Ademola Lookman is among the top players being consider to be crowned the winner of the male category of the awards.

Already, Lookman is on the shortlist of the Ballon d’Or meaning that if Lookman wins it, he would be second Nigerian to do so in a row as his fellow Super Eagles player Victor Osimhen is the current holder of the title.
