Prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and grassroots political mobilizer, Comrade Musa Ohimini Alechenu, has congratulated the National Chairman of the APC, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda over his emergence.

Comrade Alechenu, who paid a courtesy visit to the new APC Chairman at his Abuja residence, expressed his deep satisfaction with the appointment of Professor Yilwatda, saying his emergence is a strategic boost that will foster renewed hope and inject fresh energy into the APC’s leadership structure.

Alechenu warmly congratulated the new chairman and commended the party’s leadership for making a wise and progressive choice.

According to him, the development was a major milestone in the ongoing process of repositioning and strengthening the ruling party ahead of future national and sub-national elections

He described Professor Yilwatda as a technocrat with proven integrity, leadership acumen, and commitment to the unity of Nigeria.

According to him, the new chairman possesses the intellectual capacity and administrative competence needed to reposition the party for greater success and nationwide expansion.

“I am here today not only to congratulate you but to also reaffirm my total loyalty and support for your leadership.

“Your appointment as the National Chairman of our great party is a clear indication that the APC is prepared to rise to the expectations of Nigerians and to solidify its place as the true party of progress and unity.”

He further urged all APC stakeholders, from the grassroots to the national level, to give the new chairman their full support and cooperation emphasizing that with the kind of leadership Professor Yilwatda is known for; open, inclusive, visionary, and purposeful, the APC will experience unprecedented growth and expansion across all geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

The grassroots politician, who hails from Ohimini Local Government Area (LGA) of Benue state, encouraged party loyalists not to be discouraged by past internal challenges but to see the current transition as an opportunity for renewal and greater consolidation.

He added that the chairman’s appointment comes at a crucial time when the party needs to rebuild trust among members, strengthen its internal democratic values, and foster national reconciliation.

“I want to assure all party faithfuls across Nigeria to be confident in this new leadership. Professor Yilwatda is a leader who listens, builds bridges, and prioritizes results.
