Amb. Omaku Appointed Sierra Leone Deputy Dean of The Diplomatic Corps

The Nigeria High Commissioner to the Republic of Sierra Leone His Excellency, Amb. Henry John Omaku, fcim (Giwan Doma) has been appointed as Deputy Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Republic of Sierra Leone.

This is contained in a letter dated 1st February, 2022 and personally signed by the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Her Excellency, Musu Jatu Ruhle (Mrs.), Liberia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Sierra Leone.

The letter reads, “I present my complements and have the honour to inform you that, you have been selected to serve as Deputy Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in the Republic of Sierra Leone”.

“I pray that the already existing cordial working relations between our two embassies and between us as members of the Diplomatic Corps, will be further cemented by your inception as Deputy Dean”.

The Diplomatic Corps is a collection of accredited heads of mission (ambassadors, high commissioners, nuncios and others) who represent their countries in another state or country.
