Furthermore he said, “Concerned that barely three days after the House adopted resolutions on this matter on this cause, Hon. Alfred Aondoaver and three others went behind to mobilize other members to cause chaos in the House.
“Further concerned that the collective action of the three Honourable Members is inimical to peaceful co-existence and should not be tolerated.
“The House condemn in the strongest terms the dishonourable actions of Hon. Alfred Aondoaver (Makurdi North State Constituency) and his cohorts.
“That the House suspend the following Honourable Members from legislative duties for six months (now three months) for indulging in dishonourable actions capable of casting aspersions and causing acrimony in the House.
“They are: Hon. Alfred Aondoaver, (Makurdi North State Constituency); Hon. Shimawua Emmanuel (Vandeikya); Hon. Cyril Ikong (Oju II State Constituency) and Hon. Abu Umoru James (Apa State Constituency).”
