Community School renovation: ECDA hails Rep Umaru over N30 million donation, solicit financial assistance

The Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA) Worldwide, has lauded member representing Akwanga/ Nassarawa Eggon/ Wamba Federal constituency at the National Assembly for donation N3million for the renovation of Eggon Community Secondary School, Nassarawa Eggon.

Mr Mandy David Abuluya, the ECDA President, gave the commendation after he inspected the ongoing renovation of five classrooms in the school today in Nassarawa Eggon.

Abuluya, who is the Founder, Nacabs Polytechnic Akwanga, said that the Eggon nation would ever remain grateful to Hon J J Umaru for his positive contribution to the development of the school and Eggon nation.

” I am here this morning in the school to see things for myself, especially the level of the ongoing renovation work of the five classrooms.

” The work is going on steady and smoothly.

” I want to use this medium to appreciate Hon Jeremiah Umaru, member representing Akwanga/ Nassarawa Eggon/ Wamba Federal constituency at the National Assembly for donating N3million for the renovation of the school

” We are grateful for his donation and we pray God to bless him abundantly,” he said

Abuluya, who is the Chairman, Police Community Relations Committee ( PCRC) Nassarawa State also commended Rep.Umar for his sound and quality representation at the National Assembly.

Besides, he solicited for the financial support of all and sunday for the development of the school.

” I want to appeal to all Eggon sons and daughters and other well to do Nigerians to assist in restoring the lost glory of the school.

” The school needs total renovation in order to create good atmosphere for our children to study ,” he said

The ECDA President assured of his commitment to ensure improved infrastructure and standard of education in the school

” I will not rest until I see that the school is renovated and there is conducive atmosphere for our children and staff to learn and teach.

” We don’t need to pay lips service to the education of our children as no society will achieve speedy development without sound education,” he said
