As Muslims all over the world Mark the birth of prophet Muhammed, Senator Ned Nwoko has charged Muslims faithfuls to remain resolute in the service of God, the nation and to pray for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to succeed.
Senator Nowko, representing Delta North Senatorial District and Chairman Senate Committee on Reparations andv Repatriation, congratulated Muslims across the country on the historic occasion of Eid-Maulud.
In his goodwill message in Abuja, Senator Ned Nwoko said the Eid ul-Maulud celebration was significant as it commemorates the birth of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
He urged Muslims and other Nigerians to devote their life to the service of Almighty Allah ea exemplified in the Quran.
According to Senator Nwoko:
“The privilege granted us by Almighty Allah to see another Maulud celebration must be greatly valued as it provides an opportunity for the Muslim Ummah to reflect on Prophet Muhammad’s life of compassion, kindness, and selflessness.

The former National Orientation Agency, NOA Director General, Dr Mike Agbo Omeri, has called on government at all levels, the political class and other Nigerians to use the spirit of Eid-ul-Maulud celebration to embrace and foster unity, implement policies that would ease the burdens of Nigerian citizens,
The NOA former DG who the senatorial aspirant of the people’s Democratic Party in Nasarawa state, gave the admonition Friday in a congratulatory to Muslims faithfuls as the mark this year’s Eid-ul-Maulud celebration.
Dr Omeri also advised political leadeers to uphold the dignity of every Nigerian, .shun corruption, end insecurity and improve on the basic need of the citizenry as well as their welfare.
The former NOA DG, stressed the need for integrity and fairness to guide the nation leadership if the country must realize peace and sustainable development.
He noted that Eid-ul-Maulud provides Nigerians with an opportunity to reflect on values of humility, compassion, justice, and devotion to God as exemplified by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
“We are reminded that Nigeria is today standing at a critical crossroad. The challenges of governance, economic hardship, and the yearning for credible leadership demand a renewed commitment to principles that promote fairness, accountability, and compassion., Ninga stated.
Extending his warm wishes to Muslims across the country, senator Nwoko added: “On behalf of myself, and other Nigerians especially my constituent I extend greetings for a peaceful and joyous celebration. May this Eid-ul-Maulud inspire stronger interfaith unity, renew our collective hope for Nigeria, and encourage us all to work together for a just and prosperous year ahead.
He tasked Muslems and other Nigerians to use the opportunity to pray for the country, President Tinubu and other leaders of the world particularly those bedeviled by political , economic, religious and social crises.
He reminded muslems on the need to be indepth in prayers and supplications, stating that prayers changes things .even as he prayed for Gods intervention across Nigeria and the world at large to reduce needless crises.
The Lawmaker enjoined muslems to continue to pray for peace , progress and development of the nation and the world as a whole..
