The Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has reiterated the importance of living a life of impact, noting that his administration remains committed to meaningful change despite distractions. He made this known while receiving an award of honour from the Hub Foundation during a courtesy visit.
Expressing gratitude, Governor Kefas described his leadership journey as a continuous process, urging the Foundation and stakeholders to remain united and focused on their shared goals.
Speaking earlier, the President of the Foundation and Secretary to the State Government, Chief Gebon Timothy Kataps Ngwii, commended the governor’s achievements across infrastructure, education, and security. He noted that members of the Foundation – drawn from Taraba, Gombe, Abuja, and beyond ; had witnessed the administration’s transformational strides firsthand.

Mark Jacob Nzamah lauded the renovation of Jalingo Airport and applauded the governor’s developmental vision for Taraba as a whole. He emphasized the need for continuity and called for Dr. Kefas’ re-election to consolidate ongoing progress. He also appealed for the reopening of the completed Kefas Palliative Market to boost economic activities.
The Foundation described the free education policy of the administration as a visionary investment in the people of Taraba, underscoring Governor Kefas’s commitment to human capital development for overall benefit to the people.
