Felicitate with Muslims @ Sallah

Chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Nasarawa state, Alh Adamu Ninga and its governorship hopeful, Dr David Ombugadu have given reasons why opposition needed support to take over power in Nasarawa state.
The two PDP chiefs gave their reasons at separate engagements, advancing sacrifice, dedication and commitment as panacea for the unity, of the state and advanvancement for good governance.
Alh Ninga, who is also the Secretary of North central PDP chairmen’s forum stated this in his goodwill message after the EID prayers at the Akwanga.
He congratulated the Muslim faithfuls for witnessing this year’s Eid-Adha, encouraging the Muslims Umars to continue to intercede for the party, the state and the nation at large.
The Chairman further implore muslims to sustain the spirit and essence of the Muslim festival, which is dedicated to commemorate sacrifice, obedience, patience and commitment.
“The times are tough, no doubt but we remain resolute, grateful to Allah for sustainability, for His immeasurable provisions, for protecting and keeping us in one accord to witness this year’s Eid-Adha.
“Rather than getting disheartened, there was need for more commitment as a people and as a party to collaborate and join forces to regain our place as the leading political party in the state and the nation.
In the same vein, the PDP 2023 governorship candidate in Nasarawa state, Dr David Emmanuel Ombugadu also join in the call for peace and unity of Nigeria and Nasarawa state in particular.
According to Dr Ombugadu, “as we celebrate, let us reflect on the profound lessons of Prophet Ibrahim’s sacrifice: unwavering faith, ultimate obedience, and true sacrifice”.
“Give generously for others and our community’s good. Renew the Faith: Trust in God and our collective strength to overcome challenges. Live righteously: Uphold compassion, integrity, and respect for all”, Ombugadu stated.
He further stressed the need for the people to Share Compassion: extend kindness, especially to the vulnerable, beyond the festivities.
“Let Prophet Ibrahim’s example inspire us to build bridges of unity, serve selflessly, and work tirelessly for a peaceful, prosperous Nasarawa State”.
Meanwhile, the opposition PDP has advised decent minding people in APC to a amaake the right decision and come back to PDP before the APC final sink.
The party described the recent’s resignation of the former Minister of Environment, Barr Mohammed Hassan Abdullahi, Alh Ibrahim Osabwa and their supporters from APC as part of the series of political tsunami awaiting the party in Nasarawa state.
“Therefore, the PDP urges wise people to leave in good time and shift it’s support to the PDP policies.”
The defect, according to the opposition is the hard work of the Alhaji Adamu Ninga led PDP in the state.
“Our team work as initiated by the State Working C’tee from day one, follow by the May 8th verdict handed over to the PDP at the Court of Appeal, Makurdi, the unwavering spirit of reconciliation by elders of the party amongst others are manifestation in the just concluded North Central Zonal Congress in Jos are enough evidence to attract dozens into the umbrella”.
The PDP urges citizens to join it in her renew vigour to restore affordable food and essential supplies, reduce the cost of living, create employment and secure the nation from insurgency, banditry and other criminal enterprise APC has subjected citizens into.
“You can take it to the bank that notable figures from APC and other parties are joining the PDP whose doors are wide open to new members”.
