Gov Bassey Edet Otu of Cross River state has proposed about 498 Billion budget for 2025 fiscal year in Cross River state
The proposed budget tagged the ‘Budget of Sustainable Growth’ earmarked 328 billion (66%) as Capital Expenditure and 170(34%)for Recurrent Expenditure.
