The National President of Middle Belth Youth Development Organization (MYDEVO), Comrade Chris Aba has congratulated Nigerians and Middle Belt Citizens nationwide for making it to the new year.
This is even as he has called for massive support to President Bola Tinubu and governors as well as praying for all leaders in order to over come the challenges before Nigeria and Nigerians.
In his new year message signed by the Director of media and publicity, Prince David Odama and made available to Journalists Wednesday in Lafia, Comrade Aba applauded both the youths, stakeholders and other team players in the North Central for having faith in the administration of president Bola Tinubu in 2024 despite all challenges.

Aba added that the year was worthy of giving thanks to the Almighty God.
While calling for fervent prayers to God to give president Tinubu and his cabinet the wisdom to reposition Nigeria for better, the National President stressed the need for all Nigerians to remain resilient, committed to the realization of the dreams of the nation’s founding fathers, President Tinubu, governors and all others in the positions of authorities
According to MYDEVO President, “Nigeria has not been without its challenges but what is required is for all to be committed to the unity and peaceful coexistent for national development”.
Comrade Aba while acknowledging the present hardship being faced by Nigerians, called for more patient as the current reforms of president Bola Tinubu would yield positive and beneficial result in the years ahead.
He expressed the hope that with the collective support of all the citizens to the present government, the country would soon overcome its challenges and take its rightful place among comity of nations.
“I strongly believe that what we are currently passing through will soon be over if all hands are on deck under President Bola Tinubu’s led administration to make sure that the renewed hope agenda is actualized in all sectors of the country thereby making Nigeria a nation to be proud of by all citizens.
He used the opportunity to call for massive support for all the governors especially those of the North Central and other elected and appointed leaders within the North Central as everything was been done to address the hardship inherited by President Bola Tinubu Administration and enhance quality of life in the country.
Comrade Chris Aba equally stressed the need for more funding of sporting activities which he said is the rallying and melting point for the unity, peace and development of the country.
He announced that the Middle Belt Youth Development Organization (MYDEVO) was doing everything within its capability to ensure that the youth whom he said are vulnerable in the hands of those he described as enemies of progress are engaged in productive ventures that could make them useful to themselves and meaningful to the society.
“MYDEVO in its commitment towards ensuring the success of president Tinubu government, reduce youth restiveness is staging a Tinubu unity Youth sports competition where youth will compete as its contribution towards enhancing the unity and peaceful co-esistence of Nigeria, improve the wellbeing of rural dwellers and combat insecurity at the grassroots level”, the statement stated.
While emphasizing the need for Governors to be more committed to the development of sports sector, the MYDEVO President said a New Standing orders were being put in place towards youth participation in governance in various Communities across the middle Belt region and the country. at large.
He urged the youth t stand up to their better tomorrow by shunning all vices such as armed robbery, banditry, kidnapping, senseless killings and join hand hands with the government in the fight against insecurity in the country.
