Foundation Kicks off Lar Autobiography, Institute

As activities for the official launching of Solomon & Mary Lar foundation commence, the Board of Trustees of the foundation of the late former Governor of the old Plateau state has kicked off with the sensitization tour.

Recall that the Lar foundation has set aside October 6th, 2022 for the launching of an Autobiography and institute in Abuja.
Led by the Chairman of the Lar foundation, Dr Mike Omeri, the team, Wednesday, visited the management of the Nigeria Television Authority, NTA headquarters in Abuja.
Dr Omeri who brieved the largest television network in Africa, also solicited the cooperation of NTA towards the successful launching of the legacies of the late elder statesman.
The former Director General, DG of the National Orientation Agency, NOA, said the late Minister of Police Affairs, left an edilible political legacies worth of bequeathing to the younger generation.
He told the NTA management that an autobiography written by the late Chief Solomon Daushep Lar himself, will be launched on October 6th while an institute establish to lighten all that the late leader of the Middle Belt represented while alive.
In his response, the DG of NTA, Muhammad Ibn Yakubu, represented by the Executive Director, Special Duties, Alhaji Lawal Umar Lalu, had assured the visiting team of the authority’s full cooperation and participation in the event.
The DG also directed the editorial team to feature appropriately the Lar foundation on the NTA network to publicize the legacies and indeed, the October 6th, 2022 launching.
