Ahead of the 2027 general elections, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Joe Igbokwe, on Wednesday, advised hose aspiring to occupy the presidency t not to be deceived by their dreams or thought. as he said Tinubu will rule Nigeria till 2023.
Igbokwe’s outburst came on the heels of speculations that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 election, Peter Obi, and his Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,, Atiku Abubakar, are teaming up to sack President Bola Tinubu in the coming election.
The APC Chieftain on his official Facebook post shared on his page urged those thinking about presidential ambitions to shelve their ambitions, stating that Tinubu would occupy the presidential villa until 2031.
According to Igbokwe, the president needs a second term to “set the records straight.”
“If any presidential aspirant is dreaming of winning presidential elections in 2027, I will advise that candidate to bury his or her thought till after 2031.
“PBAT is destined to remain in the seat of power till 2031. He needs eight years to set the records straight.”, Igbokwe declared.
