Files suit in court

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command in its determined fight against crimes and criminality have dragged a 26 years old Gabriel Timothy to a federal High court for illegal act to wit: Cyberstalking.
The police in a suite number FHC/ABJ/CR/158/2024 between the commissioner of police, FCT Command, (complainant) and Gabriel Timothy ( defender) is accusing the defendant, Gabriel Timothy of using computer networks on different dates particularly on TikTok to blackmail Nigerians especially well meaning and innocent people.
According to the suit field, Gabriel Timothy age 26 and hailed from Second High Tension, Sokale, Dutse-Alhaji, Cyberstalkinged an illegal act to wit: Cyberstalking,
“within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, you committed an offence when you knowingly and intentionally accused Lady Regina Daniels of having illicit sexual affairs with persons known to you at locations equally known to you, and further stated that Distinguished Senator Prince (Dr.) Ned Munir Nwoko is not the biological father of his children with Lady Regina Daniels”.
“You knew the content of the internet posts to be false. You thereby committed an offence contrary to section 24(1)(b) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Amendment Act, 2024 and punishable under section 24(2)(a)(i) of the same Act”,
The suit also accused the defendant of falsehood intended to commit an illegal act to wit injurious falsehood while intending to harm the reputation of Lady Regina Daniels and “That you, Gabriel Timothy, on diverse dates in Abuja, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did commit an illegal act to wit: Injurious Falsehood, while intending to harm the reputation of Lady Regina Daniels and Distinguished Senator Prince (Dr.) Ned Munir Nwoko..
“You made and posted a video containing false statements through mechanical means, claiming you know where Lady Regina Daniels is having illicit sexual affairs with known persons, and that the locations and persons involved are also known to you”.
“You further falsely claimed that Senator Ned Munir Nwoko is not the biological father of his children with Lady Regina Daniels — content you knew or had reasonable cause to believe to be false. You thereby committed an offence contrary to section 393 of the Penal Code Act, 2004, and punishable under the same law.
Meanwhile, the case has been fixed for July 2nd, 2025
