The Nasarawa State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alh Adamu Bako Ninga has urged all the party members to joined hands together to work towards repositioning the party ahead reclaiming in the in 2027.
He has also appealed to the aggrieved party leaders to put behind them the issues that arouse from party Congresses and join him in rebuilding and uniting the party.
The Chairman stated this shortly after the Appeal Court’s ruling on. Monday in Makurdi.
According to Bako Ninga, “there’s no victor No vanquish. There is no reason to celebrate as this is a family affairs”.
The Party Chairman in a statement by his Press Secretary, Jonathan Ipaa advised the members to adhered to the ruling by the presiding judge”.
Alh Ninga assured that he will do everything humanly possible within his powers to bring every one onboard.
He further said the task ahead requires every lover of the party to start working for peace, reconciliation and uniting all for ultimate goal of reclaiming PDP’s rightful place in the polity of the state.
Alh Ninga who doubles as the Secretary of the PDP North Central chairmen Forum, said the Monday’s Appeal Court ruling affirming the legitimacy of his State Working C’tee, SWC, was an internal affairs, urging the reconciliation committee to redouble efforts in getting the aggrieved to cooperate fully for the task ahead.
“Let’s be more committed. My shortcomings shouldn’t be a hinderance, let’s put behind our weakness and forge ahead.
“Our doors are still wide open. No room for gossip but productivity and performance remain the determinant factors for our reward.
“We are co travellers in the development of the PDP. Therefore, we need everyone on board especially our aggrieved leaders in our renewed vigour in reuniting our great party for the 2027 task.
“We both won at the court because the Appeal has set a new vista for us to move forward to the task ahead which is to win Nasarawa state for the PDP”
“All of us are valuable assets we will need to uproot the APC from Government House, Shendam road, Lafia”.
