Kanke Stakeholders Push to Suspend the National APC Chairman at Ward and Local Government Levels

The stakeholders and elders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kanke Local Government Area wish to draw the urgent attention of the National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, over the recent crises affecting the party at the ward and local government levels.

The party leadership and concerned stakeholders in Kanke have expressed deep dissatisfaction regarding the imposition of candidates, which has generated serious tension and unrest among party members across the wards and the local government at large. This development has not only weakened party unity but also threatens the stability and credibility of the APC structure within the area.

In light of the above, the stakeholders and elders have collectively resolved to call on the National Chairman to urgently intervene and address the internal crises. They emphasize the need for dialogue, fairness, and respect for democratic processes within the party.

Failure to promptly resolve these issues, the stakeholders warn, may compel them to escalate the matter to the national level for further action, including a formal call for accountability.

The Kanke APC stakeholders reaffirm their commitment to the progress and unity of the party and urge all concerned parties to act swiftly in the interest of peace and cohesion.
