Our Correspondent in Bauchi observed that, the surprised and unexpected resignation of the former SSG Barrister Ibrahim Kassim, which threw many politicians in Bauchí into sadness and joy, necessitated the extraordinary meeting of the state Executive Council that was held on Thursday, 12th December at the Council Chamber of the Government House Bauchi.

However, all efforts to get some hints from government and the former SSG who spent three and half years as Bauchi state SSG, on reasons behind the unexpected resignation and the quick endorsement of the resignation by Governor Bala Muhammad, considering their close relationships, proved abortive up to the time of filling this report.(www.krestnews.com).
