Gov Dauda Lawal of Zamfara state has charged PDP Secretaries to hold firmly onto the grassroots as the party rejigs towards the 2027 general elections.
Gov Lawal gave the charge weekend while addressing delegates of the northern PDP Secretaries Forum in Kaduna.
Gov Lawal who doubles as the chairman of PDP governors in the Northwest, urged the secretaries to work in harmony with their respective state chairmen in uniting the PDP faithfuls ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The governor assured the PDP scribes of a favourable outcome after all the challenges being faced at the national level.
He asked them to hold firmly onto the grassroots where the votes are adding that the masses are looking onto the PDP for a robust leadership in 2027.
