The Governor of Cross Rivers State, Ben Ayade, has decamp from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Christian Ita, made the disclosure on Thursday, while briefing Newsmen that the Governor made his defection known in a meeting with six APC governors who visited him at the Government House on Wednesday.
“It is true. We are there now. He has just declared for the APC,” he disclosed.
