President Buhari officially receives his NIN Identity Card

President Muhammadu Buhari officially received his National Identification Number (NIN) Card from the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Isah Pantami today in the State House, while presiding over the Launch of the National Policy for the Promotion of Indigenous Content in the Nigerian Telecommunication Sector and Revised National Digital Policy for Sim Card Registration.
It could be recalled that the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy; Dr. Isa Pantami had extended the deadline for NIN-SIM linkage to June 30th base on request by stakeholders.
Other significant attendees at the occasion were the Chairman Governing Board of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC); Prof. Adeolu Akande and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation; Boss Mustapha.
