Breaking: ADC Guber aspirant declares in Nasarawa, says 8 Point development agenda will address Nasarawa Challenges

A frontline Governorship Aspirant under the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Jubril Sabo Keana, on Sunday declared his intention to contest the Governorship seat of Nasarawaa under the platform of the African Democratic party (ADC).

Tbe aspirant also unveil a 8 point development agenda, boasted that the 8point agenda of his programmes are tailored towards addressing the critical challenges steering the faces of the people of the state.

According Alhaji Sabo Jubril, who in a pre-declaration address at the African Democratic Party (ADC) Secretariat in Keana, presented his Letter of Interest to contest for the governorship of Nasarawa State in 2027—anchoring his vision on a bold promise.

Speaking before party leaders, elders, stakeholders and supporters, JSK declared that his ambition is not driven by personal power, but by a responsibility to restore confidence in leadership and reposition Nasarawa for inclusive and all round growth.

“Since its creation in 1996, Nasarawa State has remained a land of promise. Yet, too many citizens are still waiting for the dividends of purposeful governance, security of lives and property in communities, quality education for their children, access to healthcare, economic opportunities for families, and unity beyond political and ethnic divides”.

“The people of the state are not demanding extraordinary promises but practical governance capable of restoring our core values and improving their daily living conditions in all indices of life”. SAbo Keana declared.

While describing his ambition as a “covenant of action and purpose” to change the development narrative of the State, JSK unveiled the JSK–DSP 2027 Project, an 8-point people-centered roadmap designed to deliver measurable transformation across the state.

Intelligence-driven community security to protect lives and farms, Transparent governance and digital institutional reforms Completion of strategic infrastructure such as the Farin Ruwa Electricity Project and a statewide Ring Road connecting all local government of the state will be vigously pursued.

Other areas enumerated by the ADC Guber aspirant include:, reconstruction of remodeled primary school infrastructure that with modest accommodation for teachers. Free primary and secondary education with global scholarships for exceptional and indigent students will form some of the critical sectors.

Also, to be tackled are the establishment of a Produce Marketing Board to protect farmers from in-season loses of the value of their produce, revitalization of Primary Healthcare Centres in compliant to WHO standards, Create women millionaires through economic empowerment programs, contracting businesses and innovative business hubs and emplace a formal pathway through state Legislative processes for a law that enables State-Local Government-Traditional institution to interface in their functions and duties to breed social harmony and restore core traditional values to achieve peace and development.

“With confidence and conviction, I formally declared my intention to contest for Governor under the ADC platform, calling on party faithful and citizens to unite behind my shared vision for progress.

“I therefore seek your trust, your support and your mandate to build a Nasarawa State that works for everybody; and History will remember this moment at the time the people of Nasarawa State chose courage over comfort and service over self.”
