Breaking: Abuja Court Reserves Judgement in Governor Sule’s Election Appeal

 

The Court of Appeal Abuja Division has reserved judgement in an appeal filed by Governor Abdullahi Sule challenging the majority judgement of the election trial court.

 

 

Chairman of the three member Panel, Justice Onyemenam Uchechukwu announced this after counsel adopted their written briefs in Abuja today

 

Our correspondent at the Appeal Court venue of the trial reports that the Appellant Court is currently hearing the Cross Appeal filed by David Emmanuel Ombugadu of PDP against the minority judgement of Justice Ibrahim Mashi.
