Properties estimated at millions of naira has been destroyed as the new market located at the heart of Lafia metropolis has been gutted by fire.

Fire fighters and sympathisers rendering support services to put off the inferno,

TMSnews gathered that the cause of the inferno was yet to be ascertain, but sources told our correspondent that the fire outbreak may not be unconnected with supply of public power.
