An inside source hinted our correspondent that the tribunal has okayed the 30th May, 2023, for both pre hearing and its inaugural session.
The PDP’s guber candidate, Dr David Emmanuel Ombugadu whose mandate was allegedly stolen has officially engaged 2 Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SANs, however, fourty six lawyers including 13+2 SANs will be appearing for him on pro bono.
The former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Godwin Kanu Agabi, will be leading the 46h lawyers against outgoing Gov Abdullahi Sule and the APC.
