Ortom, Asemakaha felicitate Gov Alia on 60th Birthday

The immediate past Governor of Benue State, Chief Samuel Ortom, has felicitated with his successor, Governor Hyacinth Alia, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

Chief Ortom, in a statement signed by his Media Adviser/Consultant, Terver Akase, described Governor Alia’s attainment of the diamond age as a milestone worthy of gratitude to God Almighty for His abiding grace, protection and blessings over the years.

He noted that attaining the age of 60 in good health and in the service of the people is a rare privilege and a reminder of God’s faithfulness.

Ortom said, “Life at 60 represents a season of wisdom, reflection and greater responsibility to humanity. It is a phase where experience and leadership are expected to positively impact society even more.”

The former Governor prayed God to grant Governor Alia many more years of sound health, strength and wisdom.

In a similar vein, the Group Managing Director, Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC), Raymond Asemakaha, has congratulated the Governor on the joyous occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.

The GMD in a message made available to newsmen in Makurdi said “On behalf of the Board, Management and Staff of the Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC), I heartily congratulate His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia, on the joyous occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.”

He praised the Governor’s, visionary leadership, commitment to good governance, and unwavering dedication to the development of Benue State which he said have continued to inspire hope and progress across all sectors of the state economy.

“Under your administration, BIPC has witnessed remarkable support and transformation, leading to the revival and establishment of strategic industries aimed at creating jobs, boosting internally generated revenue, and improving the livelihood of our people.

“As you celebrate this milestone age, we pray that Almighty God grants you greater wisdom, strength, sound health, and divine guidance to continue steering Benue State towards peace, prosperity, and sustainable development. Congratulations and happy 60th birthday, Your Excellency,” he added.
