…Says the bridge builder leads the APC
A 2023 Governorship hopeful in Taraba state, Senator Anthony Manzo has congratulated the new national chairman of the All Progressive Congress ( APC) Senator Abdullahi Adamu and members of the National Working Committee ( NWC) over their elections on Saturday .
In a congratulatory message, Senator Manzo said Adamu’s emergence as the APC helmsman will bring stability, harmony and unity into the party.
He said “Senator Adamu is the right choice for the job . His robust credentials. . His executive and legislative experiences are what he brings to the table to lead the ruling party at this time”.
Besides his wealth of experience, he said Senator Adamu has over the years built bridges of cooperation and understanding across the length and breadth of Nigeria adding “ he has been a bridge builder and an advocate of peace, unity , equity and justices in Nigeria”.
In Senator Adamu , Senator Manzo said the APC has gotten the right leader to pilot its affairs ahead of the 2023 elections just as he reminded Adamu that the overwhelming support he got was the measure of trust and confidence on him that must not be taken for granted.
In the discharge of his duties, Senator Manzo reminded him of the imperative of being fair and firm and to discharge his duties diligently without fear or Favour.
He therefore urged party faithful across the country to give the new chairman the necessary support to succeed.
