The Opposition People’s Democratic party PDP in Nasarawa state Thursday tasked governor Abdullahi Sule to deploy proactiveness, sensitivity to avert increase insecurity in the state.

Speaking in an interview with Journalists in Lafia while reacting to alleged invasion of Fulani herders into the country, Spokesman of the party in the state, Alhaji Ibrahim Hamza said the challenge was a wake up call to the governor and the APC government hence the the state was fast becoming a settlement and breeding found for terrorists.

” We are worried and concerned about the sincerity situation in Nasarawa state. As a responsible and responsive party with the utmost interest of the people at the forefront, it behold on us to remind the government in power of it’s responsibly to the safety of the people”, the party spokesman stated.

“There is every cause to be worry about the the alleged invasion of Fulanis perceived to have been driven away from Ghana and making enroute into the country since Nasarawa state has become their official place of abode especially around Loko in Nasarawa West.

“It is high time governor Abdullahi Sule and the APC government put an end to the senseless killings I’m most parts of the state. Nasarawa Citizens deserve to live in peace, have their freedom in a democratic era PDP has said.

He appealed to all the Citizens of the state to remain committed, speaker out on the failure of the APC government to provide adequate security to protect the lives of the citizens and their properties.

According to Alhaji Hamza who further decried attacks, killing of innocent people of the state, government must work its talk rather than reneging on her agreement reached with the people.

While wondering why the state government would announced to the whole world, promise the workers that it was ready to pay the new minimum wage only to renege on its promises to the people.

“It is on heard off in any civilized society like ours for a ruling APC in the state not to implement the minimum wage which is the legitimate right of the workers to add just a token to the workers in the name of minimum wage in Nasarawa state”.

“We are aware of what other state not receiving the kind of allocations coming to Nasarawa are paying to their workforce as minimum wage. APC must ensure that workers in the state enjoy their legitimate entitlement”, the opposition PDP spokesman declared.
