Tokyo Olympics: Ceremony About To Take Place In A Nearly Empty Stadium

The opening ceremony for the Tokyo Olympic games begins amid strict Covid-19 protocols, as fewer than 1,000 spectators are allowed into the Olympic stadium, Tokyo for the ceremony.
